Leonard was born in Colorado many summers ago. Started writing at
10. In the morning. Vietnam Veteran with Screaming Eagles.
Attended University of Northern Colorado and graduated from
University of Oregon. Presently enrolled in the University of The
Street.
Certified tennis professional with USPTA. Freelance
photojournalist and writer. Resort operations and international
hotel management in Canada, Middle East, Saipan, & OZ. Lived
and worked in Eire for 2 years. Lived in Bali for a year exploring
textiles, photography and languages. Lived and worked in Beijing
and Shanghai for three years. Part-time actor in Chinese films and advertising field. Freelanced
for Reuters in Hong Kong. Traveled in Tibet, Xinjiang and Yunnan
provinces researching languages and reality.
Published a children's book with ebooksonthe.net last year. Joined
Atlantic Bridge this year as freelance editor. Other published
sites include ZoneZero, Creativenue, IdentityTheory, Journal E,
OnTheBrightSide, Kid's Highway, PoetrySuperHighway, NetAuthorsE2K,
Babylon Travel and OZimages.
Presently sitting down in Pacific Northwest finishing a book
working on various creative projects and preparing to travel
overseas this fall with a water purifier, malaria tablets, clay
tablets, simple tools, warm heart and cool mind.
